A disappointing anthology. Very amateur, loaded with poor writing prose and misspellings ('plain' for plane, 'sense' for since, ect), which perhaps an editor could've caught. Most of the tales were poorly executed, often absurd, with a few glimmers of originality. Some didn't even involve kaiju, such as a demon/angel war fought in a modern city. Not gigantic ones, either. Huh?Oh, there are also numerous poems sprinkled throughout.
Neat cover, though. Sadly it's a case study of why not to judge a book by it's cover. I so wished I could've enjoyed this anthology, but just couldn't.

Not bad for a collection of short stories. Entertaining and fairly fast paced. I enjoyed it. Would have liked more stories.
